The video clip below is from the Pugil Stick competition that we had a couple of weeks ago. This was the first round of the championships bouts. I had a blast battling it out, but it was tough, and I was so sore the next day. I got my bell rung pretty hard a couple of times, and my shoulder is still a little sore from it. Who would have guessed that I would go into the Air Force and get to fight with Q-tips! :-) (I am the guy in the red helmet).
